General-purpose AI assistants like Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini are built to handle the broadest possible range of knowledge-work tasks. That breadth makes them genuinely useful for most things, but it also means they were not designed for the specific demands of strategic deliberation, where being agreeable can be a liability and where the conversation has to converge on a written, defensible document rather than another round of helpful exchange. Pathway ($99) is for working strategic questions, most strategic calls fit here. Counsel ($149) is for higher-stakes calls like pivots, repositioning, and board-level recommendations. Doctrine ($249) is for company-defining decisions, the calls that, if wrong, are existentially expensive.

Within 7 days of any charge, yes. Email us. We do not want money from anyone Zynkex is not working for.

Yes. Sessions are private to your account. We do not share session content with anyone outside Zynkex, and we do not use it for marketing.

Zynkex runs on Anthropic’s Claude API. We chose Anthropic for their privacy defaults: API content is not used for their model training, and that is the default, not an opt-out you have to configure. The methodology that produces the structured strategic conversation is Zynkex’s own.

No. Zynkex does not train any models on your sessions. Anthropic’s API does not use content sent to it for their model training. Neither Zynkex nor Anthropic uses your sessions to train anything.

Yes. Delete sessions from your account at any time. Deleted sessions are removed from our database within 30 days. You can also delete your whole account from your profile.
